Grappa di Ramandolo
Red label

Dedicated to those seeking the true essence of Friuli grappa, Ramandolo Grappa is made to Giacomo Ceschia's original recipe. Marc from the fruity and fragrant grape variety used to make Ramandolo wine, skillfully blended with other marc from Refosco, Cabernet and Picolit grapes, all grown in the region, constitute the raw materials for this grappa. The mixture is then left to ferment for just the right amount of time before distillation, using traditional methods. The red label (classica) indicates that the distillate has been aged for 3 years in neutral vessels: this preserves its special characteristics and allows the fragrance and flavours of the original grapes to develop to the full. The black label indicates a "special reserve" grappa, distilled in I971 and dedicated to connoisseurs and enthusiasts.

White label Grappa di Ramandolo (Gentile)
It is the result of the classic combination of marc distilled, as always, a little at a time in copper stills. Its soft taste and low alcoholic strength make it an ideal grappa for savouring the taste of a typical drink, at any time.
