This grappa is the result of a patient craft, which requires much care and that understanding which springs from the knowledge handed on from a generation to the following to the purpose of its obtaining. We procure the marc after a very careful selection.Then we guard it jealously for the time necessary to achieve the proper fermentation. At last, we distil it with Ceschia's traditional boiler alembics.
